Registration:

  • Due when the Enrollment Application is submitted.
  • The initial registration cost for new students is $250.
  • The registration cost is non-refundable unless Eagle Christian Academy cannot place the prospective student.
  • Once enrolled, the registration cost in subsequent years is invoiced to your account annually via FACTS. The following payment schedule applies:
    • Early Bird Payment - $250 (Feb 1-Mar 31)
    • Standard Payment - $350 (Apr 1-May 31)
    • Late Payment - $450 (Jun 1-July 31)

Tuition payment options:

  • Prepayment in full (Discounted by 3% if paid by August 1).
  • Two biannual payments – 50% of total tuition due August 1 and the remaining 50% due December 1.
  • Monthly tuition payments through FACTS Tuition Management Company over ten months, beginning August, or twelve months, beginning June.
  • Sibling discount of 5% for a 2nd child, 7% for a 3rd child, and 9% for a 4th or additional children.

Other:

  • After-School Care (3:30 – 5:30) $21 per day (no maximum, billed monthly) or $2,570 for the entire academic year (PK – 5th grade only)
  • Athletic participation costs vary based on grade level; contact our athletics department for details.

Continuous Enrollment:

  • Once a student is enrolled, your child stays enrolled at Eagle Christian Academy until he or she graduates OR until the admissions office is advised of a desire to discontinue enrollment.
  • Families are automatically charged registration on March 1 every year with a 30-day FACTS payment window. 
  • Continuous Enrollment means guaranteed placement for your child in their class for the next academic year.
